Slinger Slingshot T-One Ball Machine:
Bridgend Tennis Club has a Slinger Slingshot T-One Ball Machine; a lightweight, easily portable, tennis ball launcher for use in dry weather.
It is ideal if you want to practice solo anytime.
You can adjust ball speed, inclination of trajectory, frequency of ball delivery and control side-to-side oscillation. You will practice serving, ground strokes and volleys.
The Ball Machine can be booked out via Bar Staff for £6 per hour. You can reserve the Ball Machine by calling the Club on 01656 662041 during the Bar opening hours. Don't forget to book your court prior making a reservation for the Ball Machine.

- Ball machine can't be used in peak times ( Mon- Fri after 16:00, Sat-Sun 09:00-13:00) and in wet conditions.
- We do not hire the Ball machine for 07:00 am or 08:00 am slots.

By hiring the BALL MACHINE;
We hope that you enjoy your use of the Ball Machine.
- You agree to take all reasonable care of the Ball Machine during use and to compensate the Club for any damage caused by failure to comply with the User Instructions, these rules or any reckless or negligent use.
- Bookings may be made for a maximum of one hour at a time.
- Please note the Ball Machine must not be used in wet weather as it will get damaged.
- You must PERSONALLY be on the court at all times during any booking.
- Children under the age of 18 may use the Ball Machine only under direct parental supervision.
- The Ball Machine may not be removed from the Club nor may you use it for hire without payment, signing the form at the Bar and informing the member of staff.
- When using the Ball Machine please be considerate of players on adjacent courts.
- You must be responsible for collecting all tennis balls at the end of the Booking, including any that have been hit out of the courts, and refilling the hopper.
- Please notify the Staff if there are any problems with the Ball machine.
- You accept all responsibility and liability for any injury or damage caused from your use of the Ball Machine and releases the Club from any such liability.
- You must return the Ball Machine together with the balls to the Bar in good condition after each use. The Ball Machine must be switched-off and put on charge.
- The Club reserves the right to amend these rules from time to time and, at its own discretion, if necessary or appropriate, to withdraw the Ball Machine from use at any time for maintenance, repair or permanently.
