Bridgend Tennis Section – to the future and beyond!

  • Bridgend Tennis Club offers 6 all weather floodlit Tennis courts (two of the latest A-Clay Courts 2021), with 2 indoor floodlit courts (2023) completing the full tennis court development.

Currently the Court facilities are:

  • 4 Asphalt floodlit courts (Court numbers 1,2, 5,6)
  • 2 New A-Clay floodlit courts (Court numbers 3,4)
  • 2 Indoor floodlit courts (Court numbers 7,8)
  • All courts are in full use throughout the year and host a range of team, individual, and other LTA endorsed Tennis activities. 
We are open 7 days per week for members or non- members with the Bar offering variety of refreshments .
Come along and join us whatever your level of Tennis or age is, we are sure The Bridgend Tennis Club has something to offer you.

The Tennis Club competes Summer and Winter in the South Wales Tennis Leagues with Mens, Ladies, Mixed Doubles, Veterans and Juniors Teams.
The Club organises a  variety of  Tennis Tournaments Annually:
  • Mens and Ladies Singles and Doubles
  • Mixed Doubles
  • Under 12, Under 15 and Under 18
  • Handicap Mens, Ladies Singles & Mixed Doubles

For those who prefer to play socially there are various sessions every week to enjoy, including:
  • Social Tennis - Friday Evening, Sunday Morning, all abilities, all doubles, turn up, mix in.
  • Rusty Rackets - Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings
  • Ladies Night, Cardio Tennis, Mens Night, Mix in Night during the week in the evenings
... and so much more...

Off the Court we have a varied and exciting Annual Social Programme including:
